To make the simple marinade: In a small bowl add 2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tsp. favorite seasoning and the pressed garlic and whisk it together. Drizzle in about 2 Tbs. olive oil. Place steaks in gallon re-sealable bag and add the marinade. Seal the bag and work the juice over each steak. Allow to rest on the counter for at least 20 minutes. |

Heat BBQ to HI for at least 15 minutes. |

Chop broccoli and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 c. water and 1 tsp. of salt. Place in plastic grocery bag and tie handles. Microwave for 5 minutes. Remove the plastic bag carefully and strain broccoli. Return broccoli to the bowl and add the butter and the cheese. Cover with the plastic bag and set aside. |

Grill steaks on heated BBQ with lid open for about 2 minutes on each side twice for a total cooking time of 8 minutes. |

Sprinkle the broccoli with Mrs. Dash and microwave for 2 minutes. |

Serve with a tossed green salad and Enjoy! |
