to make the simple marinade: in a small bowl add 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. favorite seasoning and the pressed garlic and whisk it together. drizzle in about 2 tbs. olive oil. place steaks in gallon re-sealable bag and add the marinade. seal the bag and work the juice over each steak. allow to rest on the counter for at least 20 minutes. |

heat bbq to hi for at least 15 minutes. |

chop broccoli and place in microwave safe bowl. add 2 c. water and 1 tsp. of salt. place in plastic grocery bag and tie handles. microwave for 5 minutes. remove the plastic bag carefully and strain broccoli. return broccoli to the bowl and add the butter and the cheese. cover with the plastic bag and set aside. |

grill steaks on heated bbq with lid open for about 2 minutes on each side twice for a total cooking time of 8 minutes. |

sprinkle the broccoli with mrs. dash and microwave for 2 minutes. |
